DocuGuide is an AI-powered document analysis tool that provides automated summaries, highlights, and insights.
DocuGuide does not provide legal advice. All outputs are AI-generated and informational only. Results may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant DocuGuide a limited license to process content solely to provide the Service.
Uploaded documents are not guaranteed permanent storage. You are responsible for backups. DocuGuide is not liable for data loss.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. Auto-renewal applies unless canceled through the app store.
You may not misuse the Service or upload unlawful or infringing content.
All rights in the Service belong to DocuGuide.
DocuGuide is not responsible for third-party services or content.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time. Data may be deleted without refund for violations.
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify DocuGuide for claims arising from your use or content.
Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
EU residents retain mandatory consumer protections.
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining terms.
Terms may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
