3. Description of Service

The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
4. No Legal Advice / No Attorney-Client Relationship
DocuGuide is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or omit critical information.
Outputs should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice.
All outputs are provided strictly ‘AS IS’.
You are solely responsible for verifying all information before relying on it.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (‘User Content’).
By uploading content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, store, transmit, and display your content solely for providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have legal rights to upload the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
6. Data Handling, Storage & Deletion
Uploaded documents are not guaranteed permanent storage.
You are responsible for maintaining backups.
The Company may delete data at any time, including upon account termination.
Data may persist in backups for a reasonable period.
AI processing may involve automated systems and third-party cloud providers.
The Company is not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.
7. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
All payments are handled by the respective platform.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by platform policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account.
The Company does not process or issue direct refunds.
You are responsible for managing subscription settings.
Pricing may change at any time and will apply to future billing cycles.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
You agree not to reverse engineer the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities.
You agree not to interfere with system integrity or security.
You agree not to circumvent subscription controls.
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding User Content) belong exclusively to DocuGuide LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers such as cloud storage, AI providers, and payment processors.
The Company is not responsible for third-party services, outages, or failures.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.
Data may be deleted.
No refunds will be issued for violations.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability of outputs.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the previous twelve (12) months.
This limitation is a fundamental basis of the agreement.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DocuGuide LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
15. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
